Dr Debbie McConnell of AFBI will discuss the results of AgriSearch co-funded research on Zero Grazing during a EuroDairy webinar on Wednesday 16th January 2018 at 7pm.
The webinar will explore the growing interest in the role of cut and carry systems and it's potential to reduce feed and forage costs. It will offer best practice tips to running a successful cut and carry system.
Cut and carry (zero-grazing) systems, offer an alternative way to increase the amount of home-grown, high-quality forages used on dairy farms during the growing season, compared with grazing and feeding grass silage.
